I had an initial phone call with a talent acquisition specialist, which went really well. She kept in touch with me and set me up with an interview with the talent acquisition manager. She communicated with me and offered to help prep me for the interview in the days leading up to it. After my interview with the manager, she asked for an update and said she would get back to me with their decision. I didn't hear from them for a couple days, so I sent her an email. She informed me that I did not get the job. I asked her where I could improve and if she had any other opportunities for me to look into, but she did not respond.
