Process was fairly quick. I applied through an employee referral. It was the most comfortable interview experience that I have ever been a part of. Described the position very clearly and efficiently. Very responsive to requests. The interview with my direct manager was actually one of the most challenging interviews that I have undergone but I also was the most comfortable. I had a phone interview with the Recruiter, then in-person interviews with four colleagues, and a follow up with the Recruiter again. There was then an online test assessment. Unfortunately, upon receiving an offer, crazy, unpredictable things happened but my experience was still very much overall pleasant. They were very supportive and cooperative about the situation. TIG is the best Staffing Agency that I have ever worked with!!
