The process is pretty simple. The interview just goes over how many hours you want to work, how you work in a team, when you can work, etc. Theres also a drug test you have to take after.

Very easy - basically questions are mostly on availability. They want to have enough people, especially on weekends. Important to show experience in customer service. Also cashier experience is a plus.

They call you and do a phone interview and then they get in the interview and ask you basic question about the position at hand. Like able to lift, read, explain, solve their issue on any DIY projects they're doing
