I talked to a recruiter at a career fair, and was invited to come for an interview on my campus. There was three of us, and they asked 3 questions. For one activity, we had to assemble a function line by line. Another activity had nothing to do with software, and was all about teamwork and there was one other coding type question.

Lots of behavioral questions and a technical question unscramble focusing on understanding your collaboration skills and communication skills done with another interviewee. Priority here is to show the interviewer you can work well in a team.

One HR phone call: how much experience in this or that language? tell me about your projects. Etc etc
One technical round: You and at least one other person perform a pseudocode scramble style question where you are tasked with organizing the pieces so that they build an app. (They are looking for thought process and teamwork here)
They also give you a case study to perform.
