I received an email a couple of weeks after I applied online saying that i was moving forward to a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview through email with the university relations representative that reached out to me. The phone interview was about thirty minutes long and included general questions based on my resume. Abot a week later i got a phone call from the same representative and scheduled an on sute interview. On site I had 4 interviews, each with a different person in a leadership position and each lasted 30 minutes totaling 2 hours.
