I had been referred to The Hanover. The entire process of the interviews covered a 3 week period. The interview process involved 4 separate interviews. They were all timely and well thought out. Supervisors and other members of the management team participated at different levels. Questions were posed not only about previous work flows utilized at other employers, but also specific jurisdictional questions. Overall, they were very professional. The recruiter was a valuable part of the process.
