First contact after applying was by phone. I was than asked to come in to interview with a panel of 2 managers and then meet with 1 manager directly after the interview. I was not chosen due to an internal request for transfer but they asked to keep me in thier recruitment files. About 4 weeks later Hanover contacted me again for the same position. I came in and interviewed with the manager for the specific team I would be working with. The interviews were conversational and not intimidating. They genuinely wanted to get to know me and how I felt I would function within and for Hanover.
