I was contacted through email based on my resume. They tested my general IT knowledge and then said they had immediate need for a client. I was rushed in and got my EIN set-up and the next day I was in the field. It was not a hard interview per-say, however I was able to exhibit my knowledge and be relatively understood. Took a bit to get direct deposit setup but it was within time for my first payout.
