30 mins. very informal. Went through a tour of the gym as well as taken through a work out to see how the equipment is used and feels. After, sat down in the office to discuss role and responsibilities/expectations.

Easy could have better response time took days to hear back. In person interview with follow up. Owner was flexible with scheduling time slots and took me through a workout.

Starts with a phone interview, then an in person interview that allows experience high-tech equipment, then an opportunity to talk with current staff if interested. Very thorough process, but also made me feel comfortable.
