Met with GM and Bar Manager at that time, and told them about myself, my history, asked any questions I had about the gig, and then I was asked to go behind the Main Bar and complete 2 of their Signature Cocktails, with only a written recipe, unknowing the bar set up or having ever been in the bar at all, It was a blast, I did great. Got the gig. Had a absolute blast the entire time I spent in that place. My management team was great. Nick Garing hands down the best GM I have ever had the privilege of working for.
