The interview was arranged through an agency. The first meeting was informal over a coffee and the second interview was more formal in the boardroom. I was given a detailed brief as to what was expected of me for the second interview. The interviewer was very fair and polite and sold the company and their vision to me very well. Unfortunately I didn't proceed after the second interview.
