Applied online, was invited to the infamous group interview. Everyone has to stand up and introduce themselves and say why they want to work at CS. There were 20 ppl at my interview and I was 17th in line, so I was scraping the barrel to say something different. Watched videos and then it was Lord of the Flies time trying to comment on what we got from them - frankly not a lot, they were very rah rah we are awesome. I didn't shoot my hand up to say how impressed I was and that worked against me. Lots of people talked about how OCD they are and they were VERY excited to be there. I disliked the format and was even more unimpressed when they told us they have 45 part time employees on the books and one opening coming up in September, there were 20 of us there so you do the math. I left feeling like they kind of wasted my time.
Begins with a group interview sitting in a circle where you start to learn a little about the character of the company. Creative answers and outside the box thinking are encouraged.

Entrevista
Applied online. Next day get a phone call to come in for open interviews the next day. Come in and 2 people interview me. After the 2nd, I was told to wait for a phone call. That generally means you did not get the job. Apparently you have to meet with all the managers and get approval from all of them. Seeing as one sent me out, I guess it was a no.

Entrevista
I applied in the beginning of July 2018. Two days later, I received an email for a phone interview. After the phone interview session, I was invited to go to the store and speak with one of the managers. After speaking with the manager, a week later, I found out that I was offered the position and was given a start date based on my schedule at the time.
