The recruiter was professional and available during the process. The first video interview was with another recruiter who was reading emails and texts during the interview. Unprofessional. The apartment complex I visited had a team of employees who were cranky and looked miserable. They were not friendly or courteous to one another during my observations. The vibe was off and did not create a great plan work energy.

The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

Entrevista
After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.

First is the initial 15 min call from the recruiter ,next is a 30 min structured interview and this is a call as well, then video interviews could be 1-3 rounds , day in the field which would be on site.
