I had an initial interview with the hiring manager that went well. From there, I had a phone screen with the recruiter, who was fairly abrupt. Then I had two separate one-hour interviews, each with two people. All of my interviews went really well, but a few weeks after my final round, the recruiter called to tell me they went with another candidate. I appreciated that she called instead of just emailing, but I emailed her the next day to ask if she could share any feedback about why they passed on me. She never replied, but I did get a request to "provide feedback on the recruiting and interview process." Pretty tone deaf.

A really long process with a lot of hurdles. The internal recruiter does not care about the candidate at all. They are not responsive and very rude during the negotiation phase.
