First allow yourself an hour to two hours for the whole process. Also prepare to answer behavioral style questions such as "tell me about a time when you exceeded expectations and what was the outcome" give as much detail as possible. I had several face to face interviews with Cigna before I was offered a job. I didn't prepare for the past interviews and the job I was offered was the interview that I did prepare for.
