Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en The Cigna Group (New Haven, CT) en feb 2022
Entrevista
First was asked to attend a 1 hour information session that talked about Cigna at a high level and gave a brief overview of the position. Next was sent an email with articles and invited back for a recruiter interview. The recruiter was not very friendly and clearly just needed to ask her questions and get me off the phone. I was called back for a virtual interview which I was told was one of two required interviews. During the first interview I was quizzed on the information session that was hosted by him. Briefly asked about my experience but mostly used the time to intimidate me with questions like “how many windows are in your town” and boast about himself and his career and achievements. When I took longer than he liked to answer a question he cut me off and told me we needed to move on to the next question to “leave time for questions”. He tried to be friendly in between but mostly came off like a jerk. Not the kind of person Or company I would like to work for. The one nice thing they did was actually call me to tell me they would not be proceeding with further steps. Which I appreciated considering many employers will just send you an automated email letting you know.
