Very disorganized.
Started out fine, with a quick phone screening and then an initial behavioral/background interview.
I was told the next interview would be technical and was scheduled for the following week. Before the second interview, I was contacted about scheduling a third interview. I mentioned it seemed unusual and that they might want to check to be sure it was meant for me, but provided availability nonetheless. They responded with a boilerplate confirmation for the third interview's time and date.
When it came time for the second interview the interviewer did not show up and I was contacted shortly after by the coordinator about rescheduling. I rescheduled for just before my third interview to avoid taking more time off work.
When I did do the second interview, it ended up being redundant. There had been a miscommunication between the recruiters and managers and this was exactly the same interview as the first one I'd done, for the same position, exactly the same behavioral questions given by a different person on the team.
The third interview was exactly the same list of questions again, asked by a third person (although apparently this time for a second equivalent open position that my profile had also been submitted for).
The interviewers were honest and apologetic as they were only figuring out what was happening as they were interviewing me. But Cigna definitely dropped the ball overall and ended up wasting a lot of my time.
