Applied and received a phone call within a week. First step is a Skype interview, shadowing a member then manger face to face interview. The Skype interview was them asking about how you will handle situations with children and the everyday routine at the Choice Program and a counselor. It was about two hours long, it was a group interview with other candidates. Heard from them after the first step, moved on to the shadowing process which was a great experience. It’s a lot of driving but seems fun and a lot of work. I did not take the job due to how far it actually was. I was also told you would have to occasionally drive to Baltimore which is really far away even from the office.
