I applied for this position in early April of 2016 and was extended an offer in early July, so the process took almost 3 months. First, there was a proofreading exercise. Then, there was a phone interview with 3 members of the U.S. Policy & Advocacy team. After that, I had a Skype interview with 4 people from that same team (one of whom I had already talked to during the phone interview). The final interview was via Skype with 2 employees from Human Resources.
