I was initially contacted by an outsourced Recruiter who did a great job at briefing me about the role. During the actual interview, I met with the CEO and one of the Senior HR Managers. To be fair, it felt more like the 'Indian Initiative' since all the employees were Indians. The CEO wasn't convinced with my confidence and began mocking me. I even noticed him jotting down some of my ideas. This was quite shady to be honest. Overall, I believe the company is riding on the wave that the CEO has completed some course from Harvard University. I couldn't really understand the Boston connection. I would never work here!
