When you drop off your resume they will ask you questions like why you are interested in working at the body hsop and what their five core values are -KNOW THIS! I initially had a one on one interview in the mall, standard interview questions, you are asked to wear all black (think dress pants and a black top) and if you are a girl do your makeup as you would normally. Make it stand out, use colors, don't be afraid to put on a fair bit more than you normally would and definitely wear a lipstick, doing something fun with your hair is good too but keep jewellery simple. I then had a group interview where you are asked to do a few exercises such as telling a fair trade story, even if you don't know everything be outgoing and fun, always respectful as well.
