Pretty straight-forward but a little tense. I was asked about 12 questions by the interview panel and was terribly nervous. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and was conducted by a project manager, a senior project manager who was the hiring manager and Human resources manager

Received phone call from HR to do initial screening, she asked a lot of questions about my interest and gave me time to prepare for follow up interviews with the hiring staff.

Telephone and Skype Interviews were conducted as many of the employees at the Banff centre apply remotely and their process is very well developed. The people was friendly and I the process was pleasant.
