The initial interview went well, more conversational. I was informed that I would hear back within a couple of days, unfortunately I did not. I reached out a week later to check in, crickets. After a month of being ghosted, I received a generic automated email today to let me know they weren’t moving forward. Clearly they need a good TA person to assist in improving this process.
