I was introduced to Tharco by my recruiter. At nearly the same time, I was also selected by an internal source at Tharco for the same job. It took a few uncomfortable discussions but the situation was eventually ironed out to my satisfaction. The first round interview was with HR and the two Production Managers. Questions centered on the content of my resume which clearly identified my former company whose business culture is well known in the packaging industry. I learned I was both liked at this point and later recommended forward. The second round interview was with the GM. Our 90 minutes did not feel like an interview but rather a discussion between new coworkers as they got to know one another for their potential success together. I learned that I was again liked and recommended forward. The third interview was called off one hour before the appointed time. The reasons given seemed legitimate but no followup was performed regarding the changes to the hiring process. This was a disappointing experience.
