The interview process for a project management graduate role is pretty straight forward. You're usually given a briefing document beforehand that has a couple questions for you to go over.
The entire process roughly looks something like this:
1) Intro
2) Group Exercise
3) Technical Interview
4) Group Exercise
5) Competency interview
6) End
Make sure you practice but DON'T STICK TO A SCRIPT. This goes for any assessment centre / interview but the more rigid you are with you answers the more you come across as uptight. Just relax, pause if you need to and take it easy.
The competency and technical interview questions for project management are simple. I'd assume the engineering roles have are a bit more specific.

Included a mix of written application questions, online tests, online interview and an online assessment centre. In the AC, there was a group activity and 2 interviews - one competency based, one skills based

Can you tell me about a time when you have had to challenge the status quo, and this allowed you to learn something new?
Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Thales (Belfast, Irlanda del Norte) en abr 2021
Entrevista
Telephone interview from which i got an assessment center slot very quickly. The assessment center runs very efficiently and the interactive challenges included are very engaging. The post-result feedback was useful also. Interviewers were helpful

Questions were focused on very niche topics which you had to apply your knowledge of project management to (mine was drones?)
