You work in a group and answer some tasks together deliberating what would be the best outcome possible but before that you do a 1v1 behavioural interview to test your competence

3 stage, all face to face. Tested functional ability and then personality test. interviewed with direct manager, then GE and then director. Can feel formal but not intimidating.
