single interview for internship . 2 people were simultaneously interviewing me. it was technical interview and went on for around 35 minutes.. all questions were based on resume. few general VLSI questions were asked like setup and hold time. Layout design techniques is another important topic. 3d IC design topics were touched upon. even cooling in such designs were discussed.. they just told that they will get back to me in 2 days but they did not get back till 2 weeks.
