I interviewed on campus shortly after my university career fair with two representatives. It was a pretty straightforward interview and was only about a half hour. I didn't hear back from them for two months and nearly forgot about them, assuming I didn't get the position. Then I got a call one morning telling me they were giving me an offer and I was shocked because I figured there would be more than that one interview... I guess not!
