Okay, let's start this. First of all, for those who would like to experience how the MNC company interview process can apply to this company. TIM are not serious when it comes to recruitment.
So initially you will receive a phone call and phone call screenings about 30 - 45 minutes long, mostly an easy process. Then, they will ask you to attend the 2nd level of the interview process, which is the technical part. The manager will present questions on Webex, and you need to answer those questions (mostly to test your accounting knowledge and double entry ). Next, they will call you for the 3rd level interview, which is Finance Hire Day, where you need to go to Texas Instruments at Ampang, Selangor. Here, you need to do a 5-minute presentation, a group case study and a one-to-one interview session with all the managers. Mostly managers are super cool; they will keep you more comfortable and relaxed. NEXT, you will be rejected.
Because they will keep doing this step and hiring processes continuously until they don’t know when they are going to find someone who is really suitable.
At this point, I think they are not serious when it comes to hiring processes. Believe it or not, you will see they keep posting the same job posting on LinkedIn or other sites even though there are interview candidates.
My best advice to fellow candidates: those who are applying for any role in finance departments at TIM Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, can go there no matter what level of interview they are at. Don’t trust them; keep applying for other jobs and interviews too. Don’t give 100% hope on their job. Trust me !
