Interviewed for the position, it seemed during the interview that they were unsure of what they were even looking for. Reached out to HR two times, and never got a clear response. I gave up trying, I figured I wouldn't want to work somewhere like that anyways.

Applied online, contacted by recruiter for availability, then went straight into the technical interview. Highly suggest having recruiter/HR interview first, as there were essential questions I did not get answered.
