it was everything but a software engineering test. it was more like a UNI test with no time to think and answer, There was not testing my abilities. more like old-school companies

Entrevista
Initial assessment online, with overall skills evaluation (logic, coding, problem solving). Plus some questions about why joining the company. Then, 2 rounds of interviews (live coding, and one manager). Final stage is an interview with one of the founders or higher leadership. Overall, quite straightforward and friendly.
