The process was extremely unprofessional and time-wasting. They scheduled two calls and canceled both at the last minute without prior notice. After finally having a discussion with HR, they confirmed they would share an offer the following day. Instead, I woke up to a message saying there was a “pause on hiring.” This shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time and misleading communication. Overall, the process was frustrating and disappointing.
