I started with a standard recruiter interview, followed by an interview with the hiring team. The hiring team interview was the more technical one, while the recruiter interview was basically about who I am and what I know about the company. I know I performed well enough to get an offer, but they still pulled the rug out from under me. that was the frustrating part.
