The interviews were primarily basic in nature, centering around behavior-based questions designed to assess candidates' experiences and skills. Each session was relatively short but provided plenty of opportunities for candidates to ask relevant questions and interact meaningfully with the interviewers.
Three interviews and an in person networking event. Was completely ghosted by the recruiting team after being strung along for weeks with them attempting to sell the positions pretty hard.

It was a phone call, and the questions the recruiter interaction during the process was rude and an off putting feeling. it made the interview uncomfortable. They were also late calling by over 10min.
