First started with a phone interview / get to know you call from the recruter. Very positive experience as it was a frank, open discussion where I did not feel any pressure. A week later I had a Skype interview with a panel of four personnel at the Fremont Plant. Very relaxed all the way through.

Entrevista
did an online panel interview with 6 people, including your potential direct manager. They asked general questions about the industry, like handling stressful situations, multitasking, etc., but they also threw in some technical questions and dug into my resume. For example, they'd ask me to elaborate on specific points, and if I gave an answer, they followed up to see if I actually knew my stuff. It’s important to have 5-6 solid examples ready, use the STAR method to structure answers, and know how to pivot to answer questions that you have no previous experience in. You got this!

The recruiter will likely discuss your background, skills, and interest in the role.
Really long process made it through 2 screening interviews then 2 manager reviews. Recruiter ended up just ghosting me never letting me know if I got the job or not. Obviously didn’t move on to the next step but I was never informed.
