Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Tesla (Los Angeles, CA) en mar 2015
Entrevista
I applied online and had two phone interviews, one with HR which was rather easy. We went over my entire resume, detailing each position and my responsibilities. After that, I had another phone interview with the department head. The questions were rather average, simply described my experience and went over my resume (mainly discussed my past experience, not just my recent experience). There were no trick questions, just describe your experience, what was your biggest challenge there, etc.

What was the most challenging aspect of your position?
It was very smooth and interesting very solid and good. They actually seem to care about my background and asked good technical questions. Main panel interviews with around 3 to 5 people.
I didn’t appreciate the constant stream of irrelevant questions, especially for a marketing position. It came off as unprepared and distracting, making the conversation feel scattered and unproductive. In a role that demands clarity and focus, this kind of questioning was frustrating and ultimately left a negative impression.

You’re standing on the surface of the Earth. You walk one mile south, one mile west, and one mile north. You end up exactly where you started. Where are you?

Not bad but the process is really quick as they were really in need for a marketing intern at the moment so it was only 30 mins. They gave me the result two hours after the interview
