Asked about the background of experience, situational tasks and responses. It was scheduled for 30 minutes, but I completed it within 15 minutes. Usually, Tesla will send email four days after the first phone interview. There should be four rounds of interview if you successfully land you job.
Started on the phone with recruiter, moved to Phone interview with Tech lead It moved to plant face to face with lead and had tour and had to set up a simple prototype then final was 5-person interview online (one at a time)

Interviewers value first-principles thinking and alignment with Tesla’s mission. Passion, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure are key traits they look for.
Easy and understandable with ease of the hiring manager. I really enjoyed the interview with a passion. I was greeted very fairly with respect and honor which in turn made me want to go on with the interview and work for the company
