The interview process was very to do and quick response. They are always looking for new hires and orientation was easy. It all done online and they require you to go to site to get a drug test done, then they will have a ZOOM meeting orientation where a week later you will go to the tesla factory itself to go to orientation.
The interview Process was not all that difficult. It was pretty straightforward and easy. My interview was over the phone since it was barely post COVID. It wasn't as nerve wrecking as it would have been if it were in person

Applied though website, Emailed with availability for phone interview. Phone call went well. Emailed again for onsite interview. Interviewed with production manager. Interview was short yet to the point. Emailed to set up drug screen and physical. Once both of those were submitted I was given instructions on when and where to report for training and day 1 of work.
Was a Phone interview followed by in person interview. Straight forward questions with straight to the point conversations. In person was a little more intense but nothing too difficult over all.
