Entrevista
It was 3 interviews: with HR, hiring manager + high manager and one last with other 2 managers from the same team. The whole process was quick (3 weeks in total) but I heard a lot of red flags.
The HR person I talked to was one of the coldest people I´ve ever met, which sets off to a terrible start. They couldn´t answer any question about the job or benefits really, which makes me think they didn´t even know what they were doing.
The second and third interview were easy, and I would say the vibes were positive in general. However, most of the questions they asked weren´t really relevant to the position, and all the questions I asked were answered ambiguously and in a dismissive manner. They even asked me how many hamsters fit in a Tesla Model Y... really? Most of the interviewers didn´t want to answer specific questions regarding the job. They only mentioned a chaotic, constantly -changing enviroment and extra hours by default. Not a good look.
I also asked about the home-working policy: HR says it´s 5 days in office, non-negotiable. Hiring managers and team, on the other hand, were working from home and said they would go 3-4 days maximum, but it could change at any moment.
I refused their offer, which was low and didn´t meet the expectations I discussed with them beforehand. They couldn´t clarify any internal policies nor specific job tasks.
