The process took several weeks. A lot of rescheduling. Onsite was a bit chaotic. Didn't get an offer, but met some really motivated people, and I wish the best of luck on creating a renewable energy future. You need to be drunk off the Tesla koolaid.

Questions ranged from testing if I actually know what's on my resume and required of the job. They also ranged from simple to obscure technical questions.
HR have preliminary screen on your skill set and pass down to hiring manager. Hiring manager have their group interview with candidate and have the candidate bring in presentation. Then they will do final call.

The first interview was with HR. It was an ordinary one. The second interview was with the Hiring Manager, It was horrible... He did not even turn on this camera. I was like talking to someone on the phone. Why do you have a team call if it is the case without a camera? I lost all my interest in this interview at the beginning.
it was very forward and fast, interview lasted 20 minutes but it was more like a screening and the second interview will come in a couple of weeks. good overall
