The 1 hour interview consisted of an aptitude assessment with the design team leader in addition to typical interview questions. After the aptitude test, the interview felt like more of a feeling out session, which was nice.

Smooth interview process. Standard interview questions but both managers interviewing made it comfortable and felt like a simple conversation. They look for someone that has experience in solar industry but will provide training if hired. They do not offer relocation assistance and pay is not negotiable.
