The interviewer was very unprofessional. The other one on the line didnt even greet me or bother to even ask questions. They thought the company I worked for was an aerospace company and had no clue. I got rejection email after a week. I asked for feedback but no response since then.
The interview was a mix of both behavioral and technical but more technical question based. The asked more about planning around production demands and how you make sure to maintains stock.
It was quick and quite technical, and the interviewer was warm. She asked scenario based questions and asked technical mostly, so i would say technical clarity is really important. She reverted back in a couple of days with the offer.
Interesting interview with challenging questions. The interviewer will try to see if you have in depth knowledge of a commodity or a specific material. You also have to present a project you did in the past and explain how you solved issues that occurred.
