Applied online, interviewed with a sourcer/recruiter, recently interviewed with the supervisor of my position, waiting on next steps.
They seem very streamlined and timely in their hiring process. Everything from applying to getting an offer/not getting an offer took in the timeframe of weeks.
Everything so far was through the phone.
They are very polite.

Me llamaron por teléfono y me entrevistaron justo así, preguntandome acerca de lo que describría en mi CV y de las referencias que tenía del trabajo, después de ello ya no me volvieron a marcar.
First there was a 30 minute online knowledge test, then a 30 minute interview with a supervisor and a current designer. The interview was done through video chat on Microsoft Teams.
