It was a group interview, did not know this in advanced. There were 14 of us interviewing at the same time. They line us all up and began going over the available positions and locations.

Your name, your hobbies and why do you want to work for Tesla. They also had an open floor discussion on a situations at work that happened to you and how you were able to overcome them.
Very easy and casual interviewing process. Answer each question honestly with no fluff. They're very open to any background experience. Trust your first answer, interviewers are genuinely excited to hear from you

Entrevista
It took almost 5 months for the entire process. First interview was at the Tesla store and the final interview was via Skype with the National Delivery Manager. There was a total of 7 interviews. After the final interview they said that the HR/Recruiter would be in touch within a couple of days. Three weeks passed and I reached out to them. They said that I was not offered the position.
