The initial interview was over the phone which lasted about 30 minutes. Mainly talked about my background and experience in management. This followed with landing an in person interview the following week. I had went in for a one on one interview with a store manager and an HR manager. I was then asked a series of personal/ situational questions. I was eventually offered the position on the spot and accepted.
