I went through a 4-round interview process for an Operations Manager role in Hungary. The process included multiple discussions with HR and business stakeholders, both online and in person. However, the overall experience felt inconsistent and at times unstructured. One interview had to be rearranged because the hiring manager was not initially included. Later, I was encouraged to reach out with follow-up questions, but the contact details were not provided as promised. I attempted to follow up via phone, email, and SMS with multiple HR contacts, but did not receive a response. After completing all interview rounds, the process was closed with a standard no-reply email, without any personal feedback or closing conversation.
