Very detailed interview process. I was asked to give a presentation on a project and to the team (~6 people) and then each one interviewed me individually. It was intense and also very enjoyable while through. I knew this coming in so was not surprised.

Explain assumptions for battery cell heating for thermal model.
It's all about knowing the principals of engineering. Make sure you study beams and know all the formulas. They really like to make sure you know all the fundamentals and can ask questions that test your understandings of physics and materials.

How would you go about designing a kettle, break down the design details.
Initially there is a resume screening followed by several technical interviews. Opportunities to present prior work and learnings. Individual interviews by panellists. Finally HR screening rounds happen. Overall enjoyable and interesting process to go through for employment.
