Interview was a phone call with the manager that I would be working with. He asked me about Flex-nap cables and What I have worked on in the past. I had an offer but I could not get a straight answer on how I would be paid, what their health benefits were, what my expected hours were, and how many vacation/sick days were given. The only answer I was given was that the pay was units but you would not make less than your hourly pay. I asked how and could not get a response from the manager.
