Normal interview style, asked me about my experience then “tell me about a time you” style questions. Offered position on the spot, induction 4 days later. Interviewer was kind and allowed me short amount of time to prepare my answer

Tell me about a time you’ve gone above and beyond in your role
The interview was with one individual and thus it was a more chilled environment than other interviews. It also consisted of only one stage rather than multiple interviews with different individuals across the shop.
