group activity, personality test (go round the store and select an item you think represents you). competency-based interview. Other people applying for same role were also present, but wasn't quite sure what to expect at the time so was surprised by group activity.
The interview was with one individual and thus it was a more chilled environment than other interviews. It also consisted of only one stage rather than multiple interviews with different individuals across the shop.
